Jan Spalding, FCIPD, Associate CMI, Certificate in Coaching, Diploma International Human Resources.
Jan has worked in the NHS, Education and Private sector at senior Management level for over 20 years specialising in organisational culture change, leadership and management development and was Director of Human Resources at Warwick Hospital for over 10 years.
Jan has a proven track record of implementing organisational change and culture development, coaching individuals and teams to have confidence in their abilities to perform effectively.
Since setting up Spalding Associates in 2011 Jan has undertaken a range of assignments delivering work based skills including Managing Conflict, Employment and Workbased Skills for Graduates, Recruitment and Selection, Team Development and Personal Conduct. Jan has also provided Employment Support including CV writing and interview and presentation skills.
Marie Hardie has considerable experience at a senior level in Higher Education the NHS and the Private Sector. In addition to being a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Marie holds a Masters in Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in HE and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Marie has overseen large scale institutional change through the reconfiguration, redesign and centralisation of services and was HR Lead for a multimillion programme of closures and redundancies. With a reputation for innovation and implementation of new ideas she specialises in Human Resources and Management Development, she has recently been developing learning programmes in China, India and Malaysia.
Since joining Spalding Associates Marie has undertaken consultancy projects in HR including skill mix reviews, developing and implementing policies and procedures, undertaking disciplinary investigations. She has delivered skills workshops including CV writing, Managing Conflict, Graduates Skills for the Workplace, Recruitment and Selection, Team Building. She has also provided Employment Support including CV writing, interview and presentation skills and developed and run accredited Management Development Programmes across both the private and public sectors including those for senior management teams from overseas.

BSc MBA PGCHE FHEA
Jody has substantial industrial and commercial experience gained working in senior managerial positions, in both the public and private sectors, for over 15 years. This has included roles within automotive manufacturing, retail and the National Health Service. Jody has also worked internationally in Higher Education for over 10 years.
In her recent career, Jody has lived and worked in Asia, designing and delivering customised programmes in China, Hong Kong and Malaysia. She specialises in International Business, specifically Leadership, Teamwork, Intercultural Communication and Business Strategy. Jody has a proven track record with aiding graduates into the workplace through identification of their key skills and enabling them to build their portfolios.
Jody has successfully worked with many employers helping them to understand their business requirements and future development plans. Due to her background and experience living internationally, Jody’s particular passion lies in facilitating businesses in the successful movement of their people, and their families, on the international circuit.

Joan Staples is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Chartered Counselling Psychologist and member of the Coaching Psychology Special Group with BA Hons and Masters in Social and Occupational Psychology, Queens’ University Belfast.
Over the past thirty years she has applied her psychological training and expertise to many areas of work in the public, private and voluntary sector as well as running a successful private practice in West Midlands and London Harley Street.
Her work has been about facilitating change and supporting wellbeing in organisations through Executive and staff training and coaching leadership development, as well as counselling conflict, traumatic events at work, stress and loss of morale.
She uses assessment tools to provide feedback and direction in her work as well as Transactional Analysis, CBT, Personal Construct theory and adapts Mindfulness strategies to inform her behavioural coaching and mentoring.
Joan numbers amongst her clients Engineering Employers, Confederation of British Industry, Chambers Of Commerce, Land Rover /Jaguar, NHS, Barclays Bank, several insurance companies and universities. Her voluntary work incudes Relate, Pastoral Care, Macmillan and Parents Anonymous.
Joan is a founder member of the Division of Counselling Psychology for the British Psychological Society and past co-editor of the BPS Counselling Psychology Review.
Her strengths include a questioning intelligence, a lively sense of humour and a real respect for human endeavour.
Jacqui has extensive experience in commercial business to business sectors including Recruitment, Education, Construction, Advertising, Design and Logistics. Her areas of expertise are in recruitment consultancy, field- sales, account management, new business development and telemarketing positions.
Throughout a 7 year career in recruitment, Jacqui has experience with advertising, sourcing and matching candidates & students to client vacancies & specifications, preparing and managing candidates for interview, managing 1st & 2nd interviews and placement offers – all delivered in a targeted environment.
Since 2010 Jacqui has been specialising in new business development, providing proactive, high quality, professional lead generation, telemarketing & business development support for SME's, Corporate businesses, Higher education and local government & charity sectors across Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and the West Midlands.

Andrew is an experienced Business Consultant, Academic and Employability Coach supporting emerging leaders the navigate the ‘betweenness of education employment and enterprise.
He has developed and delivered first class training programmes in employability in a number of countires and supported young people in their job search.
He also works with the public and private sector working globally offering innovative solutions in Leadership Transition Design and Strategic Public Sector governance offering knowledge-driven interventions with impact, experimental development and transformative outcomes.
He has previously served as a Board member and communication champion of the CMI West Midlands Board
Andrew is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), Chartered Manager (CMGR), Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA), Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE).
Furthermore, he holds an MBA, BSC (Hons) and an ongoing doctorate in strategic public sector governance.
Andrew is also a long-suffering Arsenal F.C fan and enjoys creative writing in his spare time.
